Need ideas

Hello bloggers…..need some creative ideas for the following situation….I work out every morning at the gym, yet would like some ideas on how to exercise in the evening at home.  You know the drill, you get home and you’re tired, you start watching tv…..what creative things can I do while in front of the tv (cannot do sit-ups because of my neck). Does anyone have any exercise ideas? Thanks!

Bad girl does it again

Okay I’m really bad and need to KNOCK IT OFF…went camping this weekend. Awfully inconvenient to have tossed salads and chicken breasts when everything is being cooked over a fire or in a skillet.  I ate spam & eggs, tortillas (yep that sounds like too much fat and carbs if I put it that way).

 Hopefully I’m back on the lean train….worked out since I’ve been home for two days so I AM trying.  Just need a kick in the pants telling me to STOP SNACKING at night too….what is wrong with me! Ack!

need a little encouragement

I gained 2 pounds at Disneyland….now I’m down on myself. It’s amazing what a mind game losing weight is…..need a little encouragement pls buddies.  Tell me I can do it, please.  Lost my willpower for 4 days!

Workout buddy - Mesa/Tempe, AZ

Hi, this seems weird but just fishing out there to see if there is anyone who wants to work out in Tempe AZ (actually belong to the YMCA - its’ AWESOME).  Anyway, sometimes you need a support person who will not taint your goals, nor give negative advice or feedback. Hence, I am seeing if there is anyone out there who wants to even go to lunch some time, get a pedicure or the like. Sounds odd, but hey, I’ve gained life-long friends by stranger methods. Hi friends…..I need a kickstart or something.  Stressing out and trying NOT to grab food as a ways out…..need some hints on diverting eating when stressed!

I cannot seem to lose weight…….please may I have a few words of encouragement; having a hard time NOT snacking on things at night. Lots of stress and would love suggestions on what to do in a pinch when it’s late at night and I’m stressing.  Any words would be great, thank you buddies!

Uggh again.

I have fallen off the wagon and need to hold on for dear life.  Life has been hectic with work and two girls out of school….I’m snacking on bad things. I find that if I write about it and see it in front of myself, I will take accountability. Help, need words of encouragement…..!

I hit my mini-goal

Wanted to get to this, more than ever….and I did. Down 13 pounds!  Now I’m more determined than ever to hit 15…..two more pounds to go. Goal is to be rid of them by Friday.

I am 1 pound away from my first “mini-goal”…..this is going to be the summer for me.  Just had my 44th birthday, feeling old…not sure where job is going, just external stuff that could totally lead to my demise.  If I treat my body like a machine and only add those things necessary to make it “run” I can get my mindset into it.  Treats will need to be rare and preferably not food.  I’ve already lost 10 pounds and I can see it in the mirror…onwards to the best swimsuit summer ever (well in my adult life anyway!).
